Have you ever left the house in the morning and realized you forgot to put on deodorant? Forgot to take your daily vitamin? Realized you are perfume-less? I have been there, (used to do) that.
Until I made myself a "to-do" shelf.
Here's how: Take one (or two, or three) shelf in your medicine cabinet, or somewhere similar where you get ready every morning, and use it to line up all the things you want to use every morning - in order.
The easiest way to do this is to actually put things on the shelf as you move through your morning routine. Toothpaste, moisturizer, eye drops...
Then, every following morning, start at one end of your to-do shelf and work your way over to the other end. I have two to-do shelves, so I start at the top left and work my way down to the bottom right.
Nothing gets skipped. You don't have to waste time or mental energy thinking about what you need to do. You can get on with your day - and your life.
Are you going to make yourself a to-do shelf?
